Umbrelli™  Terms and Conditions

The owner of an Umbrelli is responsible for loss of or damage that occurs once the umbrella has been purchased. The finest parts, materials, and production expertise have been utilized. Therefore we feel that our umbrellas can provide superior coverage from the rain.

Owners of defective goods have the option to receive a refund or choice of a comparable replacement.  If an umbrella appears to be defective the owner should provide Umbrelli via email( a description of the issue within 7 days of receipt of item. We will replace defective items once they have been returned. We will refund payment or replace the model depending upon the availability of the item. These are limited edition pieces. If the model is no longer available owner will be offered selection from comparable models.

Returns made without authorized approval will not be accepted.


Payment for items that are for sale on and delivery charges can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. on the Website at the time when the order is placed. Payment must be made when order is submitted.

Shipping & Delivery
Umbrelli has chosen UPS as its courier service. Delivery charges are added to the cost of the umbrella during the checkout process. Buyer will be notified if additional charges will need to be added to the preset domestic or international rates.

If Umbrelli™ will not deliver to a particular destination buyer will be notified as soon as possible thereafter and receive a refund.

Umbrelli aims to dispatch all deliveries within 10 days. Buyer will be notified within 5 days of purchase if the delivery time will exceed two weeks.

A signature will be required at the point of delivery. 

Umbrelli will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by buyer through any unavoidable delay in delivery.


Buyers must exercise their rights of cancellation by notifying Umbrelli ( within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to Umbrelli within 14 days of notification at buyers expense. If goods were delivered in error or if the goods were delivered defective Umbrelli will cover the return cost. Buyer must take all reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once buyer has notified Umbrelli ( of the cancellation request, and provided the goods have been received in an acceptable condition, Umbrelli will refund or credit buyer within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by buyer for the goods. Delivery cost not included.
